Return Policy: We hope you can truly embrace the new emotional connection it brings to you and your pet from the heart. Once returned, the corresponding spiritual blessings will be nullified. Refunds are not applicable for exchanged items or special-priced goods. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return it. After 30 calendar days, returns are not acceptable. The items must be returned in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear or usage. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

As our services and spiritual artifacts are custom-made and ceremonially prepared, refunds involve unique considerations.
However, your inner acceptance and peace of mind remain our highest priority, and we will make every reasonable effort to provide appropriate refund support when necessary.
Exchange Policy: Our products undergo rituals specially conducted for you and your pet, making them exclusive spiritual artifacts best suited for both of you. If an exchange is needed, all ritual procedures must be redone. For exchanges not due to product quality issues (including wear and tear or re-stringing services), you will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees and may be charged additional costs for the repeated rituals.
To ensure wearing comfort, bracelet products come with adjustment tools and extra beads in the packaging. You can adjust the bracelet length yourself using the video guide we provide.
Order Cancellation: If you accidentally placed an order or simply changed your mind, please contact us via email (service@pawhisperer.com) within 24 hours and provide your order details. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if not processed) for a full refund.
Return/Exchange Process:

Please contact us via email (service@pawhisperer.com) and provide your order number. We will provide you with the return address and contact person. Ensure the product shows no signs of use, is packed in its original packaging, and includes a note stating the order number and return/exchange request.

After shipping the product, please email us the tracking number. You may use your own shipping method, but we strongly recommend choosing a carrier that provides a tracking number for you to monitor the package. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be held liable for packages you sent lost in transit.

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible. Relevant purification or empowerment rituals will also be conducted, which may take approximately 7 to 10 business days. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed via credit card or PayPal and will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
