Free shipping worldwide for all orders.
 
Processing Time:
Your order will be completed by the Xuanling Lineage within 10 working days. Following the lineage’s heritage and regulations, all crafting and exclusive rituals will be conducted on traditional ceremonial dates. After the masters personally package the items, they will be shipped.

[The Importance of Registering] After you register as a member, we can provide you with videos or photos of the ritual procedures via the email or other communication tools you provide.

 
Shipping time:
Shipping may take 7 to 25 working days, and we will deliver your exclusive items to you as soon as possible. The specific time depends on your location.
  • -If there is an error in your address, please email us promptly for quick correction. Once the order leaves the warehouse, the address could not be changed.
  • -Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes, which you may need to pay.
Change Delivery Address:
  • -In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you’re unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.
  • -Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if possible, additional transport costs may apply.
Duties and Taxes:
Your order may be subject to value-added tax (VAT), import duties, and/or taxes. Due to the complexity of international laws, these fees are not included in your order total. You are responsible for any local duties and taxes applicable to your order. As required by law, we must disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
If a package is returned due to order refusal, you will be liable for shipping costs and any duties, fees, customs charges, or taxes incurred during transit.
Misdelivered Packages and PO Boxes:
We are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to our customers. However, we would like to draw your attention to certain circumstances where we are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipped to PO Boxes.
Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses while placing their orders. Failure to provide a correct shipping address may result in delayed or misdelivered packages. In such cases, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred.
In the case of international shipments, we will endeavor to use reliable carriers to ensure proper delivery. However, if a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” by the carrier due to the inability to deliver it, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for resending the package.

Lost Packages:
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we offer a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure that our customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.
We partner with reliable and trusted carriers to deliver all of our packages, but unfortunately, there are situations where packages may be lost in transit. In the event that your package is lost by the carrier, you may request a full replacement of your order, as long as the carrier certifies the lost status.
To request a replacement, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@pawhisperer.com and provide your order number and any relevant information regarding the lost package. We will work with the carrier to confirm the status and arrange for a replacement shipment to be sent to you.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

We strongly recommend that customers provide a secure shipping location to prevent any issues.
