Xuanling Blessing Plaque

Safety and Protection Wherever You Go
Every Guardian hopes their family — living alongside their beloved animal companion — will move through daily life in safety and peace.
The Xuanling Blessing Plaque is a sacred artifact from the thousand-year tradition of the Xuanling Lineage, created to bring blessings and auspicious fortune to the entire household. It incorporates ancient Xuanling sacred symbols and Taoist talismans, with consecrated Taoist ritual objects suspended from its base to offer lasting blessings in daily life.
Within the teachings of the Xuanling Lineage, protecting a family means safeguarding the wellbeing and aspirations of every member. Each plaque is consecrated in a Xuanling Blessing Ritual personally conducted by the 56th-generation Grandmaster and then enshrined upon the Xuanling Main Altar. After your order is placed, the Grandmaster selects an auspicious date according to tradition to retrieve the plaque from the altar and dispatch it to you.
The Protection plaque focuses on blessings for the safety and wellbeing of the entire family, offering ongoing spiritual guardianship in daily life and travel.
Intended for Guardians who wish to invite blessings of safety and protection for their family. It may be hung at the entrance or in the living room, where it continues to guard and bless the household.
Every Xuanling Spiritual Artifact is prepared through a dedicated ritual personally conducted by the 56th Grandmaster, following traditional ritual practice and auspicious dates.
If required, provide details about you and your animal companion before adding the item to your cart. This allows the altar to be prepared specifically for your ritual.
The altar is prepared according to your information and chosen spiritual artifact. Where applicable, your personalized Petition (Biao Wen) is written and placed on the altar. The 56th Grandmaster then conducts the ritual according to the Xuanling Lineage’s traditional ritual practice, during which your artifact is individually consecrated and activated. Where included, one copy of the Petition (Biao Wen) remains enshrined on our Ritual Altar for continued chanting, blessing, and safeguarding.
About the Petition (Biao Wen) — the core document of Taoist rituals and the formal correspondence between humans and the divine. Within the Xuanling Lineage, it functions not only as a vessel that delivers the guardian's prayers to the deities, records the guardian's good deeds, and bears the covenant of blessing and protection bestowed by the heavens, but also as a living embodiment of our lineage heritage, devotional practice, and commitment to blessing all spirits and sentient beings. Each petition is handwritten in cinnabar and ritually burned by the 56th Grandmaster to carry your companion's name and your wishes to the heavenly realm.
For more elaborate Xuanling rituals, preparations may begin on the previous day. Depending on the specific lineage practice, the complete ritual generally consists of 6–12 core stages comprising approximately 15–42 specific steps, while the central ritual performed on the ritual day itself typically lasts 30–60 minutes. Key ritual elements may include Altar Preparation, preparation of your personalized Petition and designated spiritual artifact, Ritual Offerings, Altar Opening, Altar Purification, Deity Invocation, Deity Descent, Chanting, Consecration and Activation of the Artifact, Ritual Burning, Altar Enshrinement, and Deity Thanksgiving. The exact sequence varies according to the particular ritual and artifact.
Once the ritual and any required altar procedures have been completed, your items will be carefully prepared for shipment. Depending on the product or service selected, you may receive your consecrated spiritual artifact, Petition (Biao Wen), and photo or video documentation of the ritual where included. The artifact may be worn or displayed as appropriate, while the Petition (Biao Wen) may be framed or preserved in the envelope provided.
Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with all orders. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to follow the shipment’s delivery status through 17TRACK.
This is a cultural spiritual practice rooted in traditional Eastern wisdom. It is not a religion and requires no belief or worship of any deity. All rituals are conducted with respect, clarity, and transparency.
All beads are made from natural materials. The core bead incorporates sacred altar elements, so minor natural imperfections may appear. These do not affect the ritual. If you have strict expectations regarding appearance, please consider carefully before purchasing.
I travel for work roughly three weeks out of every month. My partner hung this by the front door while I was away on a trip. I didn't know about it until I got home. Now every time I leave, I pause in front of it for a second before I walk out. That small moment has become part of how I travel.
Our cat Beau goes outside every morning and I've never fully made peace with that. This hangs in our hallway now — I put it up myself the day it arrived. I can't logically argue a direct connection to anything. But I check for him less obsessively when he's out. That's a real change for me.
My mother lives alone in the house I grew up in and I worry about her safety more than she knows. I got this for her and hung it above her front door when I visited in January. She calls it "the guardian at the door" and says she sleeps better now. I'm getting one for my own place.
We moved to a rural property and my wife struggled with the isolation in the first year. Getting this was her idea — she hung it above the front door herself. She mentions it most when something goes well with the property. I've learned not to ask questions and just look at it alongside her.
My cat started going outside last spring and I found myself watching the door constantly. I hung this by the entrance the week she started going out. The checking habit hasn't vanished, but it's quieter now — less urgent. I come home and I look at it before I look for her.
My teenage son goes out most weekends and I am, by nature, the worrying type. This plaque has been by our front door for three months. I still worry — I'm his mother, I always will — but having something intentional at the door makes the worry feel less helpless.
Hangs by the front door. The house feels watched over when I leave. Can't fully explain why that matters, but it does.
Got it for safe travel. Feel it every time I leave and come back.
